–URGENTLY NEEDED–

Job Description:

  1. Identify Goals & Objectives oF the Department that are consistent with the Organizations’s Missioan and Vision
  2. Set and monitoring Key Performance Indicators for continuous service improvement
  3. Continuously identify service lapses and re-engineer processes for respective department
  4. Conduct regular meetings with Hospital Staff as an avenue od communucation
  5. Make necessary operation decisions to improve process and service delivery with respective hospitals
  6. Develop trainig program for all Front Liner Staff from Siloam Hospitals
  7. Provide training to staff in respective hospital
  8. Develop check list and counsel staff whenever necessary
  9. Quarterly/bi-yearly audit
  10. Gather and compile audit results
  11. Re-enforce continuation of Service Excellence improvement
  12. Monitor and alert respective Hospital in charge on complaint and issues through infodesk and social media
  13. Carry out projects or any other as assigned by the Division Head or CEO

Job Qualifications:

  1. Male/female with a maximum age of 40 years old
  2. Graduates from bachelor or master degree from all discipline
  3. Having good Leadership and team building skills
  4. Active in english and bahasa both oral and written
  5. Planning, strategise and organizing skills
  6. Coaching and counseling skills
  7. Communication and interpersonal skills
  8. Personal attributes – pleasant personality, a positive attitude towards customer relationship
  9. Preferably with Customer Service Manager experience at least 3 years
  10. preferably form Airline or 3 stars hotel
  11. Willing to be placed at Siloam Hospitals Head Office – Tangerang
